Night School, Lee Child, 2016

Jack Reacher once again foils a dastardly enemy, beds the strongest woman in the book, and leaves dead bodies everywhere in this very good latest book by Child.  Once again, we are back in the prequel days of Major Reacher, U.S. Army MP who is tasked with cooperating with the FBI, CIA, and NSC to identify what some American is willing to sell to Osama Bin Laden for $100M.  Hamburg is the site of the nonsense, violence, and mayhem that ensues.  One of the treats of this book was that immediately upon finishing it, I read a New Yorker article by John Lanchester about Lee Child’s books in which he compared Reacher to Maigret!!!!  My two favorite sleuths joined at the hip.  Hurrah!
