How to Relax, Thich Nhat Hanh, 2015

Another slim volume by this Vietnamese Buddhist teacher packed full of good advice, pithy aphorisms, and brief meditations.  Hanh’s message here is to stop, look closely, let go of your ‘idea’ of happiness, live in the present moment, and accept/embrace what you have rather than spend your time craving and reaching for some material possession-based idea of what you want or need.  Mindfulness enables concentration which enables insight which enables wisdom and release of craving, i.e. relaxation and achievement of satisfaction and joy in the present.
