Reacher saves the world again. This time, he is actually sought out and found by M.E. Froelich, Secret Service, the ex-girlfriend of his late brother Joe. Froelich eventually gets killed, along with at least four others, as Reacher prevents the assassination of the Vice-President-elect (Brook Armstrong) by two deranged Idaho cops from his boyhood. Oy—not vaguely believable but a good buzz.
