Perhaps the most far-fetched of the Reacher books to date, involving a serial killer of ex-Army women who are found immersed in a bathtub filled with camo-green paint with no evident cause of death. In a preposterous string of events, Reacher deduces that the murderer is the lead investigator—an FBI profiler.  Reacher’s story moves along as he decides to sell the house in Garrison and return to the road. Jodie becomes a partner and heads to London for two years. Ugh!
